What we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Director of Enterprise (b2b) Analytics to build a team of high-performing analysts to drive growth in our enterprise business. This person will be a “player-coach”, both managing a team and providing direct analysis as an individual contributor. The team will provide valuable strategic analysis to help us understand how to grow our sales pipeline, diagnose the customer experience to help us understand how to improve retention, develop key metrics to measure and predict pipeline performance and customer health, and provide ad hoc support as needed.
What you’ll do:
Build and manage a small, high-performing team of data analysts and data scientists
Lead the team, and contribute directly yourself, to delivering outputs like scoring lead value, predicting pipeline performance, measuring contributors to customer health and retention, etc.
Own the analytics relationship with enterprise stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, across sales, marketing, and product; develop a deep understanding of their needs and partnering closely to drive outcomes
Develop Arcadia’s enterprise analytics strategy, including proactively identifying and prioritizing analytics opportunities, defining product measurement standards, and establishing metrics frameworks.
Be a senior voice in the organization, uncovering key data insights and using them effectively to inform Arcadia’s strategy and drive step-changes in the trajectory of key outcomes.
Present analysis directly to enterprise clients to enable sales and strong account management
Work with other leaders in the analytics organization to develop strong analytics practices and collaborate on analysis with an eye toward the cross-functional implications.
What will help you succeed
Must-haves:
8+ years in data analytics, business analytics, data science, statistics, or related field
Track record of leading teams to consistently deliver stakeholder-facing analytics with strongly positive stakeholder feedback
Significant experience directly conducting proactive data analysis, distilling actionable insights and recommendations, and telling a story with data
Strong communication skills, including with executive leaders
Strong knowledge of SQL and working knowledge of Python or R
Familiarity with statistics and data modeling techniques
Extensive experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau
Proven experience managing a combination of fast-paced ad hoc work and long-term projects, with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Nice-to-haves:
Deep knowledge of and applied experience with advanced analytics techniques, including predictive analytics and data science models
Familiarity with dbt or other data modeling systems and techniques
