What we’re looking for:

  • Responsible for the completion of in-depth data analysis of reconciliations and leading engagements across business areas.
  • Identifies trends, provides complex root cause analysis and executes on recommendations. Reviews work completed by DA staff and finalizes the data analysis of Reconciliations.
  • Assists DA staffs in identifying more complex issues.
  • Reviews the completed work.
  • Escalates issues to other departments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and interact with individuals in and outside of the team.
  • Be a self-starter, with ability to work on own initiatives and to learn quickly Good problem solving skills
  • Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Ability to work quickly, with accuracy, and with minimum supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel,Word, Access
