What we’re looking for:

We are hiring a Solutions Architect. You will report to the Director of Professional Services in the Arcadia Chennai office and liaison with the VP of Professional Services in the Arcadia US office. Your main tasks will include building and leading a world class, global professional services team that will help architect and deliver custom data integration and reporting solutions to Arcadia’s customers. This person will be a senior leader in the Professional Services organization.

What you’ll do:

• Key areas of responsibility:
• Design, development & implementation of custom data integration, warehousing and BI solutions for customers
• Support the Sales team by acting as a solutions consultant on customer calls
• Manage existing customer services engagements around data transformations and custom format delivery
• Build onshore and offshore service delivery teams comprising of data analysts, database developers, and application vendors
• Develop and refine solution offerings to key enterprise customers that include design and delivery of custom data warehouses, reports, visualizations and applications
• Ensure profitability of the solutions offerings by sourcing the most cost-effective method to build and deliver high quality customer solutions.
• Support Account Management team to cross-sell and upsell services offerings to key customer accounts
• Work with offshore teams to streamline processes, maximize output and minimize costs
• Continuous process improvement to improve efficiency and team output.
• Work cross functionally with sales, marketing, product, and operations to provide data based insights to improve the services organization
• Design & develop tools to streamline Services team processes – both internal & customer facing

Must-haves:

• 7+ years of experience with Java full stack and data management.
• 3+ years of leadership and team management experience
• Highly organized with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to articulate and sell a vision internally and externally.
• Experience of managing client relationships
• Experience building reporting solutions from scratch, data visualization, and a bias
• Bachelors in Computer Science or Information Systems is a plus
