Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure projects, including but not limited to network upgrades, data center management, cloud migration, and facility construction/renovations Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, budget, resources, and risk mitigation strategies Define and manage project scope, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder requirements Identify and manage project risks, providing proactive solutions to mitigate impact on timeline or cost Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with service agreements Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to senior management and key stakeholders Develop and maintain project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines Allocate and monitor resources effectively to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for senior leadership Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and final project reports Track and report on project performance metrics, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making Experience:
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- 7+ years of experience in managing infrastructure projects, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Experience in infrastructure domains such as IT infrastructure, data centers, cloud computing, telecom networks, or civil engineering projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, or similar tools)
- Deep understanding of risk management, resource allocation, and budgeting
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
- Strong customer focus and dedication to delivering high-quality results
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar project management certification is highly desirable
