We are seeking a dedicated System Administrator to enhance technology infrastructure and ensure seamless operations. In this role, you will be essential in managing user accounts, optimizing system performance, and providing robust support to internal teams.

Requirements


Key Responsibilities:

  • Safeguard our systems by enforcing stringent security protocols and maintaining backup measures to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access and potential breaches
  • Develop and oversee user profiles and access permissions, ensuring that each user has the appropriate level of access while adhering to data privacy regulations
  • Regularly assess system operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments to enhance performance and reliability
  • Quickly identify and resolve technical issues, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to minimize downtime and ensure smooth system functionality
  • Ensure that system settings are configured to meet customer data retrieval needs, allowing for efficient access to essential information
  • Collaborate with various departments to create effective policies and procedures that streamline operations, while also providing user training and documentation to maximize application utilization
  • Research and evaluate new software and hardware solutions that could enhance operational efficiency, staying current with technological advancements and industry best practices


Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 3 years in a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of system management
  • Experience with iManage document management solution.
  • Proven experience managing data privacy and security, particularly regarding legal documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
