Residential New Construction Sales Intern

SUMMARY:

Aeroseal is looking for an Equipment Sales Intern (Sales Intern) that will assist us in our mission by

supporting the sales team through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, appointment setting, and

CRM data accuracy—helping generate a healthy pipeline and enabling our National Sales Managers to

focus on closing business.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

preferred)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable on the phone

• Professional, customer-first mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple follow-ups

• Comfortable learning and using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft 365 (Excel,

Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Ability to work a consistent schedule during the internship term; prior customer service, campus

org leadership, or sales exposure is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct outbound calling and email follow-up to targeted prospects with the objective of setting

appointments for National Sales Managers

• Support sales campaigns and outreach efforts (builder outreach, list building, call blocks, and

follow-up sequences)

• Maintain accurate activity records in Salesforce (or other CRM), including calls, emails, notes,

disposition, and next steps

• Learn Aeroseal products, target markets, and value proposition through training and shadowing;

assist with ad hoc sales support tasks as assigned

The estimated pay range for this role is $16.00-$21.00. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s experience, skills, knowledge, and job location. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary and do not include bonuses or benefits.
