Channel Success Manager, Europe (EN/DE/FR)
SUMMARY:
The Channel Success Manager is responsible for the success and growth of Aeroseal Duct Partners in Europe. This role is primarily focused on driving tangible improvements in partner success: execution of jointly developed business plans and market playbooks to achieve revenue and project volume growth goals.
The Channel Success Manager is the primary relationship manager between Aeroseal and Duct Partners, ensuring partners are onboarded correctly, supported with the internal resources required to win and deliver projects successfully, and held accountable to performance expectations.
The Channel Success Manager owns commercial performance, partner relationships, and growth outcomes. Technical onboarding, certification, and ongoing technical support are delivered in partnership with the Europe technical teams, who own partner technical readiness and support. This role will directly report to the Channel Sales Manager with a dotted line to the Director of Aeroseal Europe.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or account management
Strong commercial and financial acumen including the ability to translate market needs into business plans, implement pricing strategies, and discuss ROI credibly
Technical acumen in building science systems (HVAC, envelopes, airtightness, or adjacent technologies)
Demonstrated consultative selling and relationship-building capability
Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
Fluent in English and German. French is preferable.
Must hold EU citizenship.
Location & travel - the employee will be based in Europe. The role will involve frequent travel within Europe (25-50%) to work with partners. Proximity to a major airport is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Onboard new partners
Lead structured onboarding covering commercial expectations, technical capabilities, pricing frameworks, and go-to-market strategy
In conjunction with the Aeroseal technical team, ensure partners are operationally ready to quote, sell, and deliver projects
Manage assigned partner relationships
Serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial coordination, and ensure partners are well connected with the Aeroseal technical and Customer Support teams
Coordinate internal resources to enable partner success - align training, marketing, technical support, and factory resources to partner needs
Maintain regular, structured cadence of communication (annual planning sessions, quarterly business review, monthly pipeline reviews, etc.)
Support partners with estimating, pricing, and project strategy
Review project details including drawings, specifications and other data to provide guidance on project qualification, pricing strategy, and risk assessment
Support partners in pre-sales calls and meetings with end users, general contractors, consultants, and design teams - virtually or in-person where required
Provide project-specific license fee calculations to partners
Own pricing strategy and margin positioning, leveraging license fee calculations
Support partners in developing value propositions and positioning Aeroseal solutions competitively without margin erosion
Develop and execute joint business plans
Co-create partner-specific playbooks and annual business plans aligned to target markets and applications
Drive execution against agreed actions, supporting partners here needed and holding them to account
Work with marketing to provide technical sales collateral, case studies, energy models, pre-sales talking points, and proposal templates
Capture and deliver structured market, competitive, and partner feedback to factory, product, and global channel leadership.
Assess partner performance and drive remediation
Track partner KPIs against agreed targets
Ensure partners uphold Aeroseal’s brand, quality, and customer experience standards
Identify underperformance early and implement corrective action plans, including capability gaps, training, or commercial reset
Own accountability for partner execution quality, including proactive identification of risk, pricing issues, or delivery challenges, and coordination of remediation plans with Aeroseal technical teams
SUCCESS METRICS:
Revenue growth within assigned partner accounts
Project volume growth (quoted and delivered)
Partner engagement and retention through participation in planning, training, and joint initiatives
Adoption and execution of market-specific playbooks / business plans
Quality of execution - successful sales and project execution
The estimated base salary for this role is EUR 70,000, with a discretionary bonus of 10%. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s experience, skills, knowledge, and job location.
