SUMMARY:
Aeroseal is looking for a Social Media and Content Specialist that will assist us in our mission by Brand Storytelling: Write content based on brand messaging constructs and customer value propositions that increase brand awareness, reinforce brand tone and messaging, and resonate with the target audiences for Aeroseal’s website, social media channels, and other digital platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field.
• Must have experience with B2B social media platforms, specifically LinkedIn.
• 5-7 years of experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in a brand-focused environment.
• Confidence with digital tools like Sprout Social, Canva, and Teamwork
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize projects, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with brand voice and maintaining brand consistency across channels.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, digital marketing strategies, and industry trends.
• Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Social media expertise: Intermediate to advanced expertise working across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with digital, brand, product, and design marketing teams to create and execute social media strategies that support brand, business unit, and PR campaigns and initiatives.
• Ensure that all content created aligns with the brand's voice, values, and identity.
• Management of content, including curating a content calendar, writing posts and blogs, managing photo and image databases, scheduling posts, and ensuring timely content publication.
• Analyze content performance metrics, such as traffic, engagement, and conversions, and make data-driven decisions to improve content effectiveness and identify new ways to increase engagement with our key audiences.
• Work with the digital marketing team to ensure that all inquiries and comments across social platforms are addressed in keeping with brand standards.
• Stay up-to-date on current digital content tools, trends, and best practices.
• Execute on influencer programs to drive awareness and cross-promotion of partnerships.
The estimated pay range for this role is $40,000-$70,000. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s experience, skills, knowledge, and job location. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary and do not include bonuses or benefits.
