TASKS
Priority setting and escalation management within the subregion amongst the deal teams
Set subregional goals for the Sales Engineering team and monitor throughout the year on progress, making sure to meet or exceed the subregional objectives
Proactively report out status of key objectives to the team as well as Regional level management
Support the subregional team to help achieve their goals and objectives
Execution of all the subregional offers according to schedule and on budget expectations (customer pricing, order intake margin and revenue expectations)
Managing resources in the team necessary to deliver offers offers according to expected timelines
Solution finding on critical issues within the subregion (products / contract)
Lead and drive continuous improvement efforts to gain a competitive advantage
Development of future subregion strategy together with their counterpart in sales, delivery and services
Ensure process alignment throughout the team
Travel throughout EMEA / internationally

SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or similar technical discipline
At least six year’s relevant professional work experience in the power industry
Strong leadership skills
Ability to solve complex technical problems and effectively communicate results
Strong risk management skills with ability to recognise and address risks
Experience working with CRM and engineering tools (e.g. Salesforce, CAD)
Demonstrated experience working in energy storage, solar, other power generation or industrial balance of plant (e.g. EPC works)
Knowledge of local standards, codes and regulations
Passion and entrepreneurial drive, strong ability to prioritize and execute many parallel tasks
High level of Fluence process knowledge
Strong co-ordination and communication skills
Effective in a highly collaborative yet informally structured work environment
Fluent in written and spoken English
