The Marketing Specialist will support overall efforts to deliver effective marketing campaigns, field events, and sales meetings within the Americas region. You will be an integral part of the marketing team, assisting in the execution of communications strategies, regional campaigns, sales enablement, and conferences.
This highly cross-functional role will work collaboratively with the entire marketing and sales organization to handle day-to-day marketing tasks and drive efficiency in marketing and sales activities, including event management, outbound and account-based marketing tactics, and market research. We are looking for a dependable, customer-oriented marketer with excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
The Marketing Specialist at Fluence will be responsible for:
•Liaising with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
•Supporting logistics for conferences, trade shows, and customer events
•Leading regional implementation of marketing automation tools, nurture campaigns, account-based marketing activities, and demand generation
•Conducting market research, including customer segments, market sizing, and competitors.
•Generating marketing reports, tracking performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement
•Maintaining internal systems and supporting sales/marketing communications
What will our ideal candidate bring to Fluence?
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline
- 1+ years of related marketing or event management experience (will consider marketing internship experience)
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and marketing campaign execution
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Sharepoint and Salesforce (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analysis skills
- Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time
- You are entrepreneurial and work well in a rapidly changing environment
- Strong desire to learn about marketing and interested in a marketing career path
