ABOUT THE POSITION:

The Data Analytics Expert key global role responsible for analyzing Fluence digital within the energy storage sector to the next level. This person will play a critical role in enhancing the existing performance analytics and creating data driven and data-driven insights. The job requires collaboration between service regions and the Digital Service Center in located in Bangalore, India. Furthermore, it is the goal to develop and implement data strategies aiming at optimizing service delivery, maintenance, and customer support.

· Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for performance analytics, predictive and prescriptive service business models of the Fluence energy storage assets (enabling future digital service models).

· Identify key measures for the improvement of availability, and further contracted performance indicators and guide the regional teams on maximizing asset performance

· Monitor fleet key metrics to identify operational issues and drive actions to correct.

· Drive data automation initiatives to optimize the performance analytics function

· Support global sales and commercial teams on all performance data requests

· Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers on performance concerns and technical issues supporting the Field Service Engineering team.

What will our ideal candidate bring to Fluence?

· Bachelors’ degree Electrical or Controls Engineering or equivalent required.

· Previous experience in Field services in Energy/Power Sector, Product Reliability Engineering, Field Issue investigations, Remote Monitoring Diagnostics

· Thorough understanding of how to analyze the performance of an energy storage asset

· Proven experience in data management & analytics function, preferably in energy storage or renewable energy sector.

· Ability to maneuver in Multinational Company setup across the globe

· Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
