ABOUT THE POSITION

The supply chain Manager will work from within multiple group of performance organization at Fluence. The primary role of this position is to own the supply chain operations teams in india. This person is responsible for supporting multiple verticals of supply chain lie procurement supply chain operations, finance and planning teams. The role also requires the Manager to train and improve operations analyst in the day to day work thereby improving the operations group efficiency . Manager will also be responsible for communicating to regional/local stakeholders and External teams to keep the work status in check.

Responsibilities

1.Team Leadership:

•Lead and manage a team of data analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and support in their professional development.

•Define team goals, establish performance metrics, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of key weekly, monthly , yearly deliverables.

• Able to manage multiple overlapping projects. Manage and resolve scheduling conflicts with key stakeholders. Delegate and manage workload.

2.Data Analysis and Insights:

•Analyze operstional data on daya to day basis to reduce the errors and improve efficiency..

•Develop process and plans to regularize the daily operations.

•Provide actionable insights to cross-functional teams, including engineering, and regional management, to drive data-driven decision-making.

3.Data Quality and Governance:

•Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data by implementing and maintaining data quality standards and best practices.

•Establish data governance processes and protocols to ensure compliance with industry regulations and data privacy requirements.

4.Research and Innovation:

•Stay updated with the latest advancements in ERP technologies in Fluence, data analytics, and industry trends across organizations.

•Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in reporting methodologies, tools, and processes to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

•Expertise in supply chain operations is a added advantage. Bachelor's or master's degree in operations, supply chain is a plus.

•Proven experience (5+ years) in people management.

•Knowledge on ETL process is must.

•Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as excel .

•Experience in data visualization and reporting tools, such as Power BI, or similar tools.

•Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.

•Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities with a keen attention to detail.

•Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

•User Training experience is a plus.
