We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Lead NetSuite Administrator to join our team. As a Senior Lead NetSuite Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our NetSuite system, ensuring its efficiency, functionality, and alignment with organizational needs. You will lead system enhancements, integrations, and provide expertise to drive operational excellence and enable our teams to maximize the use of NetSuite functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Oversee the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the NetSuite system, including user setup, roles, permissions, workflows, and customizations. Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues, providing advanced technical support to users.
  • Configuration and Customization: Lead the configuration and customization of NetSuite to align with business processes, ensuring optimal system performance and functionality. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement system enhancements, new modules, and integrations as needed.
  • Integration and Data Management: Manage integrations between NetSuite and other business applications, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy. Monitor data quality and integrity, conducting regular audits and implementing data cleanup processes as necessary.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and optimize business processes using NetSuite automation, scripting, and workflows. Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and productivity through system improvements.
  • Training and Knowledge Sharing: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to educate users on NetSuite functionalities, best practices, and new features. Act as a mentor to junior administrators, sharing expertise and promoting continuous learning within the team.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies, controls, and best practices related to NetSuite access, data privacy, and system usage. Stay updated on NetSuite updates and security features, implementing necessary patches and upgrades to maintain a secure environment.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including process flows, procedures, and system configurations. Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into system performance, usage, and key metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 yrs of experience as a NetSuite Administrator, preferably in a senior or lead role.
  • NetSuite Administrator and SuiteFoundation certifications are highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, configurations, customizations, and scripting.
  • Demonstrated experience in integrating NetSuite with other applications and managing data migration projects.
  • Familiarity with ITGC (IT Governance and Controls) and SOX environments
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, lead projects, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
