The Project Engineer is responsible for supporting the successful execution of BESS projects. Reporting to the Manager of Engineering and Execution, the Project Engineer works closely with the engineering and execution team and is involved in various project-related activities.
As a Project Engineer at Fluence, you will:
•Assisting in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
•Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements.
•Conducting feasibility studies, technical analyses, and design reviews.
•Preparing engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
•Monitoring project progress and identifying risks and issues.
•Supporting the coordination of project deliverables and milestones.
•Providing technical support to the construction and installation teams.
What will our ideal candidate bring to Fluence?
- Requirements:
- BS in engineering, preferred electrical, PE preferred
- 5+ year experience in an engineering role
- Strengths for this role may include:
- Strong project management skills
- Technical expertise in BESS technologies
- Attention to detail in documentation and design reviews
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements
