We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Business Lead to spearhead the implementation of Supply Planning in SAP. The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring seamless integration of SAP Supply Planning modules. As the Supply Chain Business Lead, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage your expertise in supply chain management, and guide the organization through the successful adoption of SAP Supply Planning solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Project Leadership: Lead and oversee the end-to-end implementation of Supply Planning in SAP, including scoping, planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
· Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various departments such as Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and IT to gather requirements, align business processes, and ensure successful integration with SAP.
· Business Process Optimization: Analyze existing supply chain processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization through SAP Supply Planning. Streamline processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
· Requirements Gathering: Work with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and liaise with IT teams to ensure accurate system configuration.
· Solution Design: Contribute to the design and configuration of SAP Supply Planning modules to meet business needs while maintaining best practices.
· Testing and Validation: Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure that the SAP Supply Planning solution aligns with business requirements and functions correctly.
· Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure that the organization effectively adapts to new processes and technologies. Provide training and support to end-users.
· Continuous Improvement: Monitor the performance of the SAP Supply Planning system, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to maximize its value.
· Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures related to SAP Supply Planning.
· Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with the implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
· Project Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress, key milestones, and any issues requiring resolution.
What will the ideal candidate bring to Fluence?
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, SAP) is a plus.
- Proven experience 10 years in supply chain management and implementation of SAP Supply Planning modules.
- Deep knowledge of SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) and related modules (APO, IBP, etc.).
- Strong project management skills with a successful track record of leading SAP implementations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
- Strong understanding of supply chain best practices and industry trends.
- Proficiency in SAP software and supply chain planning tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
