Fluence is embarking on a digital transformation journey to enable the company's mission to create a sustainable, clean-energy future for future generations. Global ERP implementation will be at the core of the transformation and will be a strategic companywide initiative.

As a member of the digital transformation team, you will be responsible for working with stakeholders across the company to design and implement the SAP S4 HANA platform. As the Supply Chain Business Lead for SAP Procurement Implementation, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful deployment of SAP Procurement solutions across our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design efficient processes, and lead the implementation effort to optimize our procurement operations.
Responsibilities
· Project Leadership: Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of SAP Procurement, ensuring alignment with the project timeline, budget, and objectives.
· Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document procurement process requirements, ensuring they are accurately translated into SAP solutions.
· Solution Design: Work closely with SAP consultants and architects to design and configure SAP Procurement modules to meet the organization's specific needs.
· Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and streamline procurement processes to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.
· Change Management: Develop and execute a change management plan to ensure smooth adoption of SAP Procurement solutions across the organization.
· Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to maximize their understanding and utilization of SAP Procurement tools and functionalities.
· Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to integrate their systems and processes with SAP Procurement for seamless operations.
· Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within SAP Procurement systems.
· Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user manuals.
· Reporting and Analytics: Leverage SAP Procurement reporting and analytics capabilities to provide insights into procurement performance and support data-driven decision-making.
What will the ideal candidate bring to Fluence?
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain and procurement roles.
- Proven track record of successfully leading SAP Procurement implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Procurement modules (SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA Procurement) and their integration.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization.
- Change management experience and the ability to drive organizational change.
- Certification in SAP Procurement modules is a plus.
