We are looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our digital transformation team. As a member of the digital transformation team, you will be responsible for working with stakeholders across the company to design and implement the SAP S4 HANA platform. As the Supply Chain Business Lead for SAP Order Management Implementation, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our order processing and fulfillment operations. You will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of SAP Order Management, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and enhancing our overall supply chain efficiency.
1. Project Leadership: Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of SAP Order Management, including project planning, scoping, resource allocation, and budget management.
2. Business Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
3. System Configuration: Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP Order Management to meet specific business needs while adhering to best practices.
4. Process Optimization: Streamline order management processes to improve accuracy, reduce lead times, and enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Data Migration: Ensure the seamless transfer of historical order data and maintain data integrity throughout the implementation.
6. Integration: Coordinate with other SAP modules and third-party applications to ensure smooth integration with existing systems.
7. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop comprehensive testing plans, conduct system testing, and oversee user acceptance testing to ensure the solution meets business requirements.
8. Change Management: Lead change management initiatives, including training programs and communication strategies, to facilitate user adoption of SAP Order Management.
9. Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of project activities, configurations, and user guides.
10. Post-Implementation Support: Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and continuously monitor system performance to identify areas for improvement.

What will the ideal candidate bring to Fluence?

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., SAP certification) is a plus.
  • Proven experience 10+ years in leading SAP Order Management implementations, preferably in a complex supply chain environment.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, order-to-cash cycles, and SAP best practices.
  • Proficiency in SAP Order Management and related modules (e.g., SAP SD).
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and meet project deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Change management expertise with a track record of successfully driving adoption.
  • Experience in energy or high-tech industry is a plus
