Fluence is embarking on a digital transformation journey to enable the company's mission to create a sustainable, clean-energy future for future generations. Global ERP implementation will be at the core of the transformation and will be a strategic companywide initiative.

As a member of the digital transformation team, you will be responsible for working with stakeholders across the company to design and implement the SAP S4 HANA platform. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Business Lead to spearhead the implementation of SAP Manufacturing solutions within our organization. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the transformation of our supply chain and manufacturing processes by leveraging SAP's cutting-edge technology. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of supply chain and manufacturing operations, coupled with a proven track record of successfully implementing SAP solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a critical project that will drive efficiency and innovation within our company.
Responsibilities
· Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP Manufacturing solutions, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
· Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable project plans and solution designs.
· Solution Design: Work closely with SAP consultants and technical teams to design and configure SAP Manufacturing modules to meet business needs, optimizing supply chain and manufacturing processes.
· Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of SAP Manufacturing solutions by end-users.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
· Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of SAP Manufacturing solutions.
· Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and documentation to support end-users and provide ongoing support and training as needed.
· Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the supply chain and manufacturing functions.
· Project Reporting: Provide regular status updates to senior management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues.

What will the ideal candidate bring to Fluence?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in implementing SAP Manufacturing solutions in a leadership capacity.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes, including best practices.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems is a plus.
  • Certification in SAP supply chain or manufacturing modules is highly desirable.
