As a member of the digital transformation team, you will be responsible for working with stakeholders across the company to design and implement the SAP S4 HANA platform. The Global Business Process Analyst in APAC is responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving business processes across the organization with a global perspective. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

As the Global Process Analyst - APAC at Fluence, you will:

  • Process Analysis:
  • Evaluate and analyze existing business processes across different departments and regions.
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document process requirements.
  • Global Standardization:
  • Develop and recommend standardized global business processes and workflows.
  • Ensure alignment of processes with the organization's global strategy and objectives.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to implement and enforce global standards.
  • Process Design and Optimization:
  • Design and model improved processes, incorporating best practices and automation where applicable.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to identify technology solutions that support process optimization.
  • Implement process improvements, measure their impact, and adjust as needed.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze data and metrics to track process performance and identify trends.
  • Create reports and dashboards to provide insights into global business processes.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for further improvements.
  • Change Management:
  • Develop and execute change management plans to ensure successful process implementation.
  • Communicate process changes and benefits to stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to ensure user adoption of new processes.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency gains, and operational excellence.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
  • Maintain comprehensive process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process maps.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Support audits and compliance assessments.

What will you bring to Fluence?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) may be a plus.
  • Typically, 3-5 years of experience in business process analysis and improvement, with a global perspective.
  • Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role, with a focus on global processes.
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and documentation.
  • Excellent project management and change management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
