The Global Business Process Analyst in APAC is responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving business processes across the organization with a global perspective. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
As the Global Process Analyst - APAC at Fluence, you will:
- Process Analysis:
- Evaluate and analyze existing business processes across different departments and regions.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document process requirements.
- Global Standardization:
- Develop and recommend standardized global business processes and workflows.
- Ensure alignment of processes with the organization's global strategy and objectives.
- Collaborate with regional teams to implement and enforce global standards.
- Process Design and Optimization:
- Design and model improved processes, incorporating best practices and automation where applicable.
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify technology solutions that support process optimization.
- Implement process improvements, measure their impact, and adjust as needed.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze data and metrics to track process performance and identify trends.
- Create reports and dashboards to provide insights into global business processes.
- Make data-driven recommendations for further improvements.
- Change Management:
- Develop and execute change management plans to ensure successful process implementation.
- Communicate process changes and benefits to stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to ensure user adoption of new processes.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency gains, and operational excellence.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain comprehensive process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process maps.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Support audits and compliance assessments.
What will you bring to Fluence?
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) may be a plus.
- Typically, 3-5 years of experience in business process analysis and improvement, with a global perspective.
- Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role, with a focus on global processes.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and documentation.
- Excellent project management and change management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
