The Business Systems Analyst for Security and Audit is responsible for assessing, enhancing, and maintaining the security posture of the organization's information systems and processes. This role involves close collaboration with IT, compliance, and audit teams to ensure that security measures are effective, and that the organization complies with relevant regulations and standards.

As the Business Systems Analyst for Finance and Supply Chain at Fluence, you will:

  • Security Assessment:
  • Conduct security assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and threats.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to evaluate security controls, including firewalls, antivirus, access controls, and encryption.
  • Develop and maintain security documentation, including policies, procedures, and incident response plans.
  • Security Implementation:
  • Recommend and implement security solutions and controls to mitigate identified risks.
  • Configure and maintain security tools, including intrusion detection systems and security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
  • Monitor security alerts and incidents, investigate security breaches, and recommend remediation actions.
  • Audit and Compliance:
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate security audits and assessments.
  • Ensure that security practices comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain compliance documentation and reports.
  • Security Training:
  • Provide security training and awareness programs to employees to promote security best practices.
  • Assist in developing and delivering security training materials and resources.
  • Incident Response:
  • Develop and maintain an incident response plan and coordinate responses to security incidents.
  • Conduct post-incident reviews and analysis to identify lessons learned and improve security measures.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on emerging security threats and industry best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for security process improvements and recommend enhancements.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement security-related updates and changes.

What will you bring to Fluence?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) are preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on Security and Audit.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and standards.
  • Familiarity with security tools and technologies, including SIEM systems, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment and security policy development.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Typically, 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on Security and Audit processes and systems.
