This position reports to VP Sales, America and is responsible for improving the quality of data
and data management primarily using salesforce.com. This person is a key part of the sales
leadership team in evaluating and creating KPI’s and increasing sales efficiency.
• Track and keep a high quality pipeline in salesforce.com
• Assist the sales team in providing a stream of innovations and efficiencies for offer
creation and submission
• Work with the finance team for providing forecasts
• Work with supply chain team to provide high quality demand forecast
• Create reports and monitor KPIs for executive management team
• Publish and manage content on internal sales sharepoint site.
What will our ideal candidate bring to Fluence?
• 2 years minimum salelsforce.com experience, preferably with Admin experience
• Location - DC/SF areas
• 2 years experience working with sales team
• Technical degree preferred
• Experience in renewable energy preferred
