Responsibilities:
• Prepare, manage, coordinate, and monitor the spares stock and inventory across APAC region.
• Works with supply chain and procurement team to ensure optimized inventory management and stock availability.
• Prepare specification document and RFQ’s for sub-contractor and vendors for the spare parts products.
• Communicate and co-ordinate commercial contracts with vendors to meet business targets.
• Interact with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and provide responses in a timely manner.
• Monitor and maintain delivery schedule and commitments for customers.
• Review and ensure technical specification for spares and products matches the customer request and meets project requirements.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with the relevant Sales and project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support on spares.
• Working in close cooperation with Energy Storage project and engineering teams, lead the construction site activities for battery storage projects.
Qualifications:
- BE/B Tech minimum; Electrical Engineering preferred, but other fields with relevant industry experience will be considered.
- Min 3-5 years of Design, engineering and/or project engineering experience.
- International experience will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational competencies and project management skills to keep projects, processes, and the entire engineering team on track.
- Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment.
- Interpersonal communication skills with expertise in resolving disagreements and distilling complicated topics to a broader audience.
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards
- Ability to solve complex technical problems and communicate results.
- Ability to review contracts and technical requirements.
- Willing and able to travel, domestically and internationally.
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
