As the Site Controller, Supply Chain and Manufacturing at Fluence, you will:

  • Implement and execute end-to-end inventory controls.
  • Prepare and approve journal entries and account reconciliations to support meeting 5-day close requirement for the month close.
  • Monitor cost of product, e.g., actuals analysis, planning estimates, by materials category, by project/order, etc.
  • Analyze and forecast overhead costs and rates.
  • Inventory analysis and reporting.
  • Manage periodic physical inventories.

What will our ideal candidate bring to Fluence?

  • Minimum 7 years of plant controlling and cost accounting experience in industrial manufacturing. Background in contract manufacturing is preferred. Energy or energy storage business knowledge is an advantage.
  • Experience working with publicly traded companies is required.
  • Capability to independently manage the financial controls of site facilities, operating in a high growth environment.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
  • NetSuite experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s, and preferably Master’s, degree(s) with a major in accounting, finance, or equivalent training. CPA preferred.
